iPhone 5 and App Innovation

I recently upgraded to an iPhone 5 from an iPhone 4. It is a massive leap forward on almost every dimension. Opening my PC is a complete hassle. My “PC” is my iPhone. This is not just about the iPhone 5; there are numerous Android devices with similar capabilities.

We are about to see a huge leap forward in app innovation as most consumers have LTE connections, larger screens, and incredibly fast processors in their smartphones. We have the technology plumbing in place for the next generation of apps. Exciting times.

If you are starting a consumer or enterprise tech company today and not building mobile first, you have lost your mind.
